Your locations are setup to auto sweep weekly, which occurs on Tuesdays around 2:30am. Please keep in mind that any ACH payments that were processed can take 1- 3 days to be fully funded (or rejected) by the Tenant's bank, so if the payment has not 'cleared' at the time the auto sweep occurs, the funds will not be swept into your account.

However, you can ALWAYS sweep at your discretion whenever you please. Here's how:

  1. Log into the SMS
  2. Click LOCATIONS on the left menu
  3. Click the right white arrow on one of the locations to 'open' it
  4. Click the CHECK PROPAY BALANCE button
  5. If there is a balance available that you would like to sweep, click the SWEEP NOW button
  6. Repeat these steps for your other locations
