Your locations are setup to auto sweep weekly, which occurs on Tuesdays around 2:30am. Please keep in mind that any ACH payments that were processed can take 1- 3 days to be fully funded (or rejected) by the Tenant's bank, so if the payment has not 'cleared' at the time the auto sweep occurs, the funds will not be swept into your account.

However, you can also sweep on a daily basis if you prefer. Please keep in mind if there are no funds to be swept then nothing will happen. Also please keep in mind there is a .15 fee every time a successful sweep occurs. 
Here's how to set it up:

  1. Log into the SMS
  2. Click LOCATIONS on the left menu
  3. Click the right white arrow on one of the locations to 'open' it
  4. Click the AUTO SWEEP OFF button to turn it "ON"
  5. The default time is 1am which is sufficient, however if you change it please ensure it is sometime AFTER midnight to allow all Tenant transactions to auto pull for payment
  6. Click the SAVE button
  7. Repeat these steps for the other locations
