New appointment, cancellation messages and personal messages from your client can be viewed in your Messages tile on your Salon App dashboard. You are notified of new messages by Push Notification. Push notifications preferences are set in your phone's settings. You can choose to disable them completely, appear briefly, appear until dismissed, and make a sound. To make sure you are receiving push notifications for new appointments, cancellations, and any messages sent to you from your clients you need to make sure your phone's settings do not have Do Not Disturb enabled, background app refresh is enabled, and notifications are turned on and set to appear until dismissed.
