Once you have entered a tenant into your SMS you will not need to enter them again if you need to add them to another suite or move them to another suite.  You will use the Utilities tab to add or move them.  

**PLEASE NOTE: RECURRING INVOICE MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO MOVING A TENANT** (learn how: View and manage recurring invoices)

  1. Click on Tenants
  2. Click the white arrow to enter the tenant record
  3. Click the Utilities Tab
  4. Click on Add or Move Tenant.  Note:  Add means the tenant will remain in original suite and also be added to the new suite.  Move means the tenant will be removed from the original suite and will only remain in the new suite.
  5. Click Add/Move
  6. Select Suite from dropdown list
  7. Click Save
