If you receive the error: Tenant not added! The email address you just entered was already in the system. This means that the Salon Professional is already in our database. This is because they have already created an account either as a client or another brand and they now need to be linked to your location. To have them linked please contact support@salonsuitesolutions.com and provide us their name, email, and suite number where they should be assigned.
