1. Log into the SMS
2. Go to the Tenant you need to work with
3. Click the Edit Tenant button
4. Scroll down to the fields provided in the screen example below and enter the following information
   • Rent start date
   • % of annual rent increase
   • Date you wish the increase to begin (year not required since it will occur annually, automatically on that date)
   • Days you wish to notify your Tenant with a reminder the rent will be increasing (90 days prior, 60 days, 30...etc.)
5. Click SAVE
