The mobile app offered to you through your Salon Property Manager is complimentary, and offers you very attractive benefits providing solutions to simplify managing your business. For example, Salon Professionals can enroll to automatically pay rent invoices via credit card or ACH (with linked bank account) and always pay rent on time! Salon Professionals will be able to check rent due balances, pay past due amounts, view and manually pay other one-time invoices, and access receipts for your rent payments.

How to enroll in autopay

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. Click the Rent tile in the middle of the screen
  3. Click the Bank Information button
  4. Enter your bank name, routing number, bank account number (twice)
  5. Check the box to authorize your Salon Property Manager to draft ACH auto payments from your bank account on a recurring basis
  6. Click the Save button


The mobile app will automatically prompt you to enter (optional) credit card information. You can avoid costly NSF and late fees by including credit card information as a backup rent payment plan if you wish.
