If you are trying to add a new Tenant to a room/suite at your salon property location and you receive a system notification their email address already exists in the system, you may be able to add them using the below method.

  1. Log into the SMS

  2. Click LOCATIONS on the left menu

  3. Click the WHITE ARROW on the black header of the LOCATION

  4. Click the SUITE NUMBER you wish to add the Tenant to

  5. Click the +ADD TENANT button

  6. At the top of the screen, click the EXISTING TENANT tab

  7. In the SELECT TENANT drop-down box, click the down arrow and select the appropriate Tenant

  8. Click the PRIMARY TENANT check box if applicable

  9. Enter any other pertinent information in the form fields as you desire

  10. Click the SEND MOBILE APP EMAIL INVITE checkbox to invite the Tenant to setup login credentials for access to the mobile app

  11. Click the ADD button


There may be times where the Tenant leased a space at a different salon property and the above process will not work. If that is the case in your instance, PLEASE STOP and submit a support ticket to support@salonsuitesolutions.com. This must be handled on the back end by the S3 Support Team.
