Maintenance Request TEXT NOTIFICATIONS Now Available!

This new feature provides the opportunity for the property owner/manager/repair person to be notified via TEXT (and/or email) when Tenants submit a request for suite maintenance via the mobile app.
  • You set it up in the SMS, save the cell number(s) to be texted for the maintenance request, so then the text (and/or email) will automatically send when the Tenant submits a request for maintenance
  • To set it up: Administration > SMS Notifications > Maintenance Tickets Text > Emergencies Only checkbox (leave checked or click to uncheck) > enter property owner or repair persons number(s), separated by comma > SAVE
    • Emergencies Only checkbox
      • Leave it checked if you want to receive texts ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES
      • Click to uncheck if you want to receive texts for ALL TYPES of maintenance requests (no matter the priority)
