Please try this resolution to prevent your web browser from blocking you out of the SUPPORT feature. 


  • Open Google Chrome
  • Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner ("Customize and Control Google Chrome")
  • Click SETTINGS towards the bottom of the list of options
  • On the left, click PRIVACY AND SECURITY
  • In the center of the screen click SITE SETTINGS
  • In the middle of the screen click VIEW PERMISSIONS AND DATA STORED ACROSS SITES
  • Click the drop-down arrow to sort by NAME
  • Scroll down to find STE.LINK as illustrated below



  • Click the right arrow to open the additional settings for that site
  • Ensure the PERMISSIONS are set to as illustrated below, especially the ones with a GREEN ARROW indicator
  • Close your web browser and confirm you are now able to open the SUPPORT option within the Salon Suite Solutions software
