Please try this resolution to prevent your web browser from blocking you out of the SUPPORT feature.
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner ("Customize and Control Google Chrome")
- Click SETTINGS towards the bottom of the list of options
- On the left, click PRIVACY AND SECURITY
- In the center of the screen click SITE SETTINGS
- In the middle of the screen click VIEW PERMISSIONS AND DATA STORED ACROSS SITES
- Click the drop-down arrow to sort by NAME
- Scroll down to find STE.LINK as illustrated below
- Click the right arrow to open the additional settings for that site
- Ensure the PERMISSIONS are set to as illustrated below, especially the ones with a GREEN ARROW indicator
- Close your web browser and confirm you are now able to open the SUPPORT option within the Salon Suite Solutions software
