Thank you for reaching out for additional information regarding our new two-way texting feature. Two-way texting is a benefit of adding on the Call Management service, which is $25/month - per location.

Just so you know, Call Management works well with our FindaSuite! (FAS) feature. It is not required that you add on the FAS feature, I just wanted to mention it just in case you'd like to consider it as well.
