Any of your administrative personnel who have "Business Owner" level access to the Suites Management System (SMS) at one of your existing property locations can add a new SMS User to the system. If further assistance is required, please submit an email to the Customer Service Team at support@salonsuitesolutions.com.
- User with Business Owner level access must log into the SMS
- Click ADMINISTRATION on the left menu
- Click SMS USERS
- Click to select the location or leave the default ALL LOCATIONS
- Click +ADD NEW
- Enter SMS User information in fields presented - all fields are required
- Email account must be valid
- Phone number must be valid
- Password can be generic so the new SMS User can modify and personalize it upon initial log in
- Access level must be selected (see below for additional info)
- Click each checkbox for the location(s) the new SMS User should have access to
- Click SAVE
- Provide new SMS User their login credentials
- URL to access the SMS: https://admin.salonsuitesolutions.com/login.aspx
- Username: their email address
- Password: the generic password you setup when creating their new log in
