If the auto payment feature was accidentally disabled or turned by your property manager, you can re-enable it or turn it back on in the mobile app as per the instructions below.
This must be completed by the Tenant in the mobile app
- Tenant should log into the mobile app
- Click the GEAR ICON in the upper right corner
- Scroll down and click to check the AUTOPAY checkbox
- Scroll down and click the SAVE button
