If the auto payment feature was accidentally disabled or turned by your property manager, you can re-enable it or turn it back on in the mobile app as per the instructions below.


This must be completed by the Tenant in the mobile app


  1. Tenant should log into the mobile app
  2. Click the GEAR ICON in the upper right corner
  3. Scroll down and click to check the AUTOPAY checkbox
  4. Scroll down and click the SAVE button
