Are you having trouble logging into the mobile app for the first time? Please DO NOT CLICK the register button.
Below are some simple instructions to help you get started and logged in.
- Please ensure you click either EMAIL INVITE TENANT or TEXT INVITE TENANT so your Tenant receives the required invitation to setup their login credentials. This is a required first step.
- The email may go to their SPAM folder as it comes from do-not-reply@salonsuitesolutions..com
- The email and text are sent to whatever is on file of her Tenant record
- The invite will guide your Tenant to setup a password and then download the mobile app if they haven't already, then LOG IN (not register) for the first time using their email address and the password they just created.
