As a Salon Property Manager you may need to send a notification to all of your Tenants (by location) from time to time. 

The Suites Management System (SMS) software provides you the ability to "broadcast" a message whenever you need, with a few simple clicks. This is a huge time saver!


Below are instructions to send a "mass" notification to all of your Tenants, by Location.


  1. Log into the SMS
  2. Click Locations on the left menu
  3. Click in the black title area to open the location
  4. Click the Notify Tenants button
  5. Click All to place a checkmark and select all tenants
    • Click any checkboxes to remove a checkmark if you do not wish to notify any particular Tenants
  6. Choose your method to send the notification
    • Email = the notification is sent to the email you have on file within the Tenant record
    • In-App Message = the notification is sent to the Tenant via the mobile app, if they are a mobile app user
    • Text Message = the notification is sent to the Tenant's cell number you have on file within the Tenant record
  7. Click the drop down box to select a template to be sent
    • If you choose a pre-made reusable notification template, the template text is already included and not editable/visible here
    • If you choose Custom Template, you will be able to enter a one-time message that will not be reusable/saved
  8. Click the Send button
