The mobile app offered to you through your Salon Property Manager is complimentary, and offers you very attractive benefits providing solutions to simplify managing your business. For example, Salon Professionals can enroll for a ProPay account (our merchant processor of choice) and order a bluetooth credit card chip reader ($75 rebate offer) so they can accept credit card payments for their client services. Salon Professionals will get daily automatic transfer of funds (sweeps) from their ProPay account directly into their bank account when the credit card reader/mobile app is used to process credit card payments for their client services. 


*Please note* Salon Professionals are responsible for credit card processing fees for client services; can be optionally passed onto their clients.


How To Sign-up for ProPay

Signing up for Propay can be completed in Step 6 of your Business Profile Setup or you can click the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner of the app to open the menu and then click on ProPay Info

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. Click the #3 box at the top of your screen to Sign Up
  3. Click Continue
  4. Click Continue
  5. Verify your business name, your first and last name, email address, and your phone number; modify as needed. Enter your personal mailing address (as it appears on your driver's license)
  6. Click Continue
  7. Enter your date of birth, social security number, and then click to Agree to Terms & Conditions 
  8. Click Submit
  9. Click on Order Card Swiper to receive your Free Credit Card Swiper
  10. Enter the address you would like your credit card swiper to be shipped to and then click Place Order


In most cases, you will be approved to start taking credit cards for payment of client services immediately.  If more information is required, ProPay will send you an email to inform you of the next steps.


You will receive an email with instructions on how to log into your ProPay account and add your bank account information. This important and necessary step is required so that your revenue will be deposited/transferred (swept) into your bank on a daily basis.
