1. Close all open apps on your phone device
  2. Go to the mobile app icon on your device
  3. Press and hold the icon
  4. Click Remove App to delete the mobile app from your phone device (you will not lose anything; client information, appointments, and your profile data will remain in tact)
  5. Power your device off
  6. Power your device back on
  7. Go to the app store & reinstall the mobile app (all client information, appointments, and your profile data will remain in tact)
  8. Log back into your mobile app; please be patient and allow 1-2 minutes for your data to repopulate from the cloud
