- Close all open apps on your phone device
- Go to the mobile app icon on your device
- Press and hold the icon
- Click Remove App to delete the mobile app from your phone device (you will not lose anything; client information, appointments, and your profile data will remain in tact)
- Power your device off
- Power your device back on
- Go to the app store & reinstall the mobile app (all client information, appointments, and your profile data will remain in tact)
- Log back into your mobile app; please be patient and allow 1-2 minutes for your data to repopulate from the cloud
