As a Salon Property Manager you may need to send a notification to one specific Tenant. The Suites Management System (SMS) software provides you the ability to send and 'schedule' a message whenever you need, with a few simple clicks. This is a huge time saver!


Below are instructions to send a notification to one specific Tenant.


  1. Navigate to the Tenant record
  2. Click the NOTIFY TENANT button
  3. Click the appropriate check box to choose your method to send the notification
    • Email = the notification is sent to the email you have on file within the Tenant record
    • In-App Message = the notification is sent to the Tenant via the mobile app, if they are a mobile app user
    • Text Message = the notification is sent to the Tenant's cell number you have on file within the Tenant record
  4. Click the drop down box to pick a template to be sent
    • If you choose a pre-made reusable notification template, the template text is already included and not editable/visible here
    • If you choose Custom Template, you will be able to enter a one-time message that will not be reusable/saved
  5. Enter a date and time you wish to send the notification to the Tenant (this is optional)
    • There are no constraints as to how far in advance you can schedule a notification to be sent
    • The scheduling option is ONLY available at the individual Tenant notification level
  6. Click the SEND button
