Your locations are set up to auto-sweep weekly, which occurs every Tuesday around 2:00 a.m. However, you have the flexibility to sweep funds more frequently by either:
Clicking the Sweep Now button, or
Enabling Daily Auto-Sweeps in your account settings.
Enabling Daily Auto-Sweeps
If you prefer to sweep more frequently, follow these steps to turn on daily auto-sweeps for your locations:
Log in to the Suites Management System (SMS).
Click LOCATIONS on the left-hand menu.
Click the white arrow next to a location to open it.
Click the AUTO SWEEP OFF button to toggle it ON.
The default time is 1:00 a.m., which is ideal.
If you change it, ensure it’s set after midnight so all tenant transactions have time to process.
Click SAVE.
Repeat these steps for each location as needed.
Sweep Fees
If no funds are available when the auto-sweep runs, no action will occur.
There is a $0.15 fee each time a successful sweep is completed.
Understanding Settlement Timelines:
ACH Payments:
ACH payments have a one-day hold.
Example: If a tenant makes a payment today, those funds will remain on hold tomorrow and become available for sweeping after midnight tomorrow night.
Credit Card Payments:
Credit card payments have same-day settlement.
Example: If a tenant makes a payment today, those funds remain on hold today and become available for sweeping after midnight tonight.
